Welcome to the latest edition of “Your Corner” – September 2022, a newsletter that brings you insights and information about #entrepreneurship, #coworking and what’s happening at The Corner.

Here’s your first glance at our newest location, 23 Riverside Dr W. Okotoks, AB. We are sharing this brand new building with the Okotoks Library and a school division, so it’s a bustling location! Officially known as the Okotoks Arts and Learning Campus, we have around 5000 sq ft on the second floor, and we love it! Lots of natural light, a river on one side of the building and right downtown.

We love that we’ve been able to grow and make our professional workspaces available to more members in more locations.

At The Corner Coworking Riverside (that’s the name of our first Okotoks location) we’ll have space for our members available in the following ways:

Private office spaces for individuals & teams
Meeting & Boardroom space
Dedicated (full time) desks for individuals and teams
Hot desks for casual and part time members.

Initially, we’ll also have event space available for the community, as we grow. Training, workshops, classes, ‘town hall’ meetings, these are some of the ways that Okotokians will get to use and check out the Best, and Newest, Shared Workspace in Okotoks!

Watch out for an announcement in early October with beta testing, launch and signup details.

TUESDAY 27th SEPTEMBER – #Startup Cochrane & Innovate Cochrane.

With The Station in Cochrane opening soon, opposite the Cochrane Public Library, we’ll have a transit and innovation hub in Cochrane. The board of Innovate Cochrane, who will be involved in the Innovation Hub, are joining our monthly event in August and want to hear from you and other local businesses & startups.

The Corner Coworking – Okotoks

We are hiring a Community Manager

As our Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations, be the primary point of contact for the community and be the face of The Corner Coworking in Okotoks.

Successful Community Managers have a mix of the following experiences…hospitality, marketing, sales, handy person, communicator and networker. No two days are the same at The Corner. Just ask Stephanie, our newest (and only) Community Manager.
